Returns:

the configured GetViewHandlers in the bundle "org.deegree.ogcwebservices.wpvs.handler", but with the package name of the keys removed, e.g the bundle key: "WPVService.GETVIEW.BOX " will be transformed to "BOX" (for easy acces).
