Creates a PolygonZ from deegree Curves.

Method Detail

normalize

public void normalize()

Normalizes the orientation etc. of this polygon as required by the shapefile spec. This means (to my understanding), that the outer ring runs clockwise while the inner rings run counter-clockwise.

read

public int read(byte[] bytes,
                int offset)

Description copied from interface: Shape

Reads the object from a byte array.

offset - where to start reading

Returns:

the new offset or -1, if the type was wrong.

write

public int write(byte[] bytes,
                 int offset)

Note that the normalize method will be called automatically, if it has not been called before.
