Parameters:

configURL - to read the configuration from.

getConfiguration

public static WCTSConfiguration getConfiguration()
                                          throws OGCWebServiceException

Returns:

the configuration

Throws:

OGCWebServiceException - if no configuration has been created yet.

createServiceInstance

public static WCTService createServiceInstance()
                                        throws OGCWebServiceException

Returns:

a new WCTService instance.

Throws:

OGCWebServiceException - if the configuration was not initialized yet.
